This doctors office sucks. They always mess up appointments and schedule you on days their closed I can show you in the MyChart they schedule you on Saturdays then ask why you missed the appointment like what is actually wrong with you guys. They don't know what they're doing most of the time last time we went to a well child where my kid was due his shots they had absolutely no idea why we were there apologizing up and down then rescheduled us for a Saturday we will be getting a new doctor

Dr Roberts is an amazing Dr. The rest of the staff is hot trash. My SON has meds.that are very constricted and hard to get so my wife calls all around to find them then she calls the office to tell them where to send the script. She called around Thursday and found them and called if friday morning th have them send the script. She followed up mid day and the pharmacy hadn't received anything so she called the office back and the were rude and said they had already sent it. Front Desk staffing is very rude and inconsiderate. I switched offices and doctors because of it. Appointment was set for 8am for my newborn visit and was told to reschedule due to being one minute over the “dead line.” We were the first appointment of the day so it truly made no sense as to why we couldn’t be seen for a shorter visit. Mind you the roads were straight ice and we had to totally turn around and reroute due to a state cop having the only road completely shut off. My son and daughter have been seen by Dr Cory, Dr Hugget, and Np Betsy Becker. They have all been great, and seem to really care. The front desk people are really nice as well. Love the convenience of the "my chart" and the ability to see everything online.
