I have been going to this doctor for 11 years. I scheduled an appointment for 9:15am today. I was 8 minutes late due to a freight train in downtown Kalamazoo and they cancelled my appointment. The receptionist said they have a new policy that they can cancel appointments if you are more than 5 minutes late. However, my famuly never received anything notifying us of this policy change and I was not told when I scheduled the appointment.
