The doctors themselves seem decent at what they do. However, I feel terrible for patients and family members who are trying to get a hold of their providers or someone in the office. It is virtually impossible (cyclical phone prompts, dead ends, getting hung up on multiple times). If I were a doctor here and I knew how hard it was for my patients to reach me or someone in my office who could answer questions, I'd be furious.
