I got my hair done by Jade and I am truly upset and disappointed with how my hair turned out. Refused to give me a refund or even partial refund. She offered to try and fix it but I don’t feel comfortable with this as there are three different bands of orange/yellow throughout the entire blonde, damaged in the back, and gave me a full bleach instead of highlights like I asked for while leaving half of the back of my head brown. I have gotten my hair done by Jade for 8 years now and each and every time the bleach/dye job looks incredible, it's part of the reason I keep coming back! I’ve been seeing Jade for my hair for a long time now and she is amazing. She’s super professional, listens to EXACTLY what you want, and always makes sure you leave feeling confident and happy.
