Shana is always polite and happy. Always a good experience here . All staff have always been helpful
Clean and tidy. The receptionists are friendly, helpful, respectable and kind. The doctor who I meet with today was amazing I could not have asked her to do more. She reasured me and helped treat me. Such a great GP centre 👏

One the worst go in Kilburn they say use AI I don’t want to use AI I want to speak to human but they refuse to speak and keep say use AI
