Felt spark plugs at least should have been covered under manufacturers warrany somehow. Vehicle only had just over 31,000 miles.
Immediate pleasant welcome and the work was completed very quickly.
if I could give no stars I would ! This dealership took advantage of a 76 year old recent widow on a fixed income. Less than 1 month the car overheated and needs new water pump, timing belt, thermostat and housing assembly. You can't tell me this car was ever inspected! I will never recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family or healthcare associates
