Was treated very disrespectfully by two different service associates. The first guy Jim Durliat was exceptionally rude, instead of saying thank you at the end of a phone conversation he just hung up on me. Was supposed to get back with me to let me know if a part was ordered, instead he left for the day. I waited to hear from him with no avail, so I called to find out the status. Mark, he was a nice, polite gentleman. He took care of me from the time I checked in for my oil change and cash me out
I will never do business here again. I’ve had my cars serviced here for years and the experience keeps getting worse each time. The service advisors lie and steal peoples money. I went in to simply have the shield under my car reattached as all it needed was new clips. The service advisor tried telling me I needed a new shield cover and it would cost $300 for parts and labor. This didn’t feel right so I took my car to another service center and they said nothing was wrong with the shield and all I needed was new clips. The o... read more
