Had a wonderful experience with Alex at Bronde. She did a full cut (6 inches off) , root touch up and balayage. So many compliments
Salon: 5/5 Alexandra: 0/5 I had a bad experience with the stylist Alexandra. The salon owner is great and understood why I was upset. But the stylist didn’t own her mistake and her “hands are tied”. I was seen Saturday at 9am by Alexandra. & when I left the salon, I cried my eyes out. I asked for an overall color, soft black (I normally get dark, so I am used to it). Had extensions, color and haircut. My hair, after 3 months looks amazing. Kaylee took her time, my hair looks so healthy. She does an amazing job.
