This has to be the most unprofessional experience I have ever come across. From the last minute cancellation to rescheduling only find out it was with another stylist! The lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling.

This is a beautiful salon. The staff is very friendly and professional. Marleni is an awesome and very attentive stylist. The ambiance is calming, the salon is clean and beautifully decorated. I always leave feeling great.
