Bron is great, he is really good about coaching and correcting your form. Class was challenging but it went by quickly. The class I did was 4 min stations that alternated between strength and conditioning and more cardio based exercises. Great full body workout. Convenient location right next to government center

A close-knit, supportive community of trainers and a well-maintained facility! I highly recommend the personal training program -- Manny's workouts were perfectly tailored to my needs and helped me make real progress towards my fitness goals! And the moral support pups definitely helped :)
Recently I went to Broncore for a workout & was impressed. Super clean, tons of different equipment & the trainers def bring great energy. 10/10 would recommend.
