I would avoid this dealership. The young gentleman who greeted us was friendly and the test drive went well, but everything changed when the stubby sales manager got involved. He was rude, had a poor attitude, and made the experience uncomfortable. When the store manager came over, he defended his employee by saying he might have been having a bad day and mentioned that he had worked there for seven years. What a shame that Bronco is gone. I usually bring my car for a good once-over before a summer road trip and they do a good job. I dropped my car and thankfully didn't wait as they didn't even get started on it until after my appointment time. I had zero communication from the service department until I started calling. The tech was assigned sent me texts, but never called...and only sent me a text when I called and asked to speak with him (and half the time I'd get the text while on hold because he "wasn't available").
