I called to make an appointment because my car lost power steering. Hyundai USA gave me an extended warranty for the power steering motor. When they asked if I had a warranty I told them about Hyundai's extended warranty and the man on the phone became combative. He said the warranty didn't exist. I called the nampa dealer and was able to make an appointment with them no problem. But now I have to have the car towed twice the distance.
Oscar was very knowledgeable and answered our questions so we bought a car from him.
Just bought a Sante Fe Hybrid from salesman Jeff Laye Kendal Hyundai in Boise. Super nice man, NOT pushy at all. Very professional. Came in on his day off & stayed late on a Sunday. Derk in financing was a pleasure to work with too. I would buy from them again & make sure to ask for Jeff Laye!!!
