We received a recall notice for our QX50 on the engine bearing and it was found to be faulty. They proceeded to file the claim and get all the information together so we could proceed with a replacement for engine. A loaner vehicle was provided and replacement was complete. Staff was very professional and quickly made sure that we were satisfied. Thanks to all at Bronco Infinity
Our salesman was awesome, finance guy was funny and conversational. Overall great experience. We Got a htunfai palisade and it is AMAZING. Everything I had hoped it would be.
