As part of a major renovation Bromwell's installed a Kozy Heat direct vent fireplace in our sun room. Excellent from the outset: they advised us on our choice and then worked seamlessly with us and our contractor to install the fireplace, set it up, and pass all inspections. It is a beautiful and practical addition to our home.
The helped work with me through the entire process from planning the fireplace to completion. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced. They are definitely the best fireplace source in Northern VA. Highly recommend them!
We had a very positive experience working with Bromwells. They were incredibly helpful in selecting a gas log set that closely mimics the appearance of a real wood fire. The final setup is well-organized, with realistic-looking logs, coals, and jets that create a very authentic look.
