We had a very positive experience working with Bromwells. They were incredibly helpful in selecting a gas log set that closely mimics the appearance of a real wood fire. The final setup is well-organized, with realistic-looking logs, coals, and jets that create a very authentic look. A year ago I had my insert fireplace installed with Bromwell's. I waited a year to give a good assessment after using the new insert for a winter. Bromwell's coordinated with moving the gas line and electrical box in the fireplace. After using for a year - I could not be more pleased or happy with the fireplace insert and services provided by Bromwell's. Zack was my POC and was outstanding during the whole process. Truly excellent experience with this company, especially Caleb (sales) and Salvadore (installer) on a Fireplace X insert. I shopped around and Bromwells had the best pricing by far. ChatGPT also confirmed this. Caleb answered a long list of questions very competently, and with no pressure. They were even able to get it installed weeks ahead of schedule in time for the holidays.
