Sal was wonderful throughout the process and always went the extra mile.
Hud fitted our main bathroom and on suite last year and did a fantastic job. Had an issue with the toilet flush (that turned out to be operator error) and Hud came out on a Sunday morning 45mins after phoning and fixed the issue. Great company, great fitting and excellent service would thoroughly recommend.
Avoid at all costs! Date agreed for parts to come - only half arrived. Left us to chase this up as no communication and promises continue to be broken - No apology at all Still waiting for parts 5 days later and fitter now unable to proceed. Customer service has been disgusting
