Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Plus they did the job in less time than anticipated and that saved me money off the original quote. Polite, friendly, no mess and a great experience. And now I have hot water again! Recommended!!

Immersion heater failed, and ball valve stuck resulting in the overflow running continually. Phoned in the morning, arrived in the afternoon, all sorted very quick;y and at a lot less cost than I was dreading! I would not hesitate to call them again if I had a problem

Reza was brilliant, arrived the time he said, was very polite and very friendly. Put all the sheets down before even starting on the job at had, was happy to listen to anything I said or would like and would give advice if needed.

I called Reza recently as we had detected a small gas leak near our boiler. Reza performed some tests and sorted out some niggles and we haven't detected anything since which has been great what with the recent weather! Reza was professional and friendly and we look forward to booking him again when our boiler next needs a service. Would definitely recommend.

Beni installed an integrated dishwasher for me yesterday. It was not straightforward but he took the time needed. The charge was very reasonable. Furthermore, he carried the old dishwasher outside, down some stairs, in spite of suffering from back pains. Excellent service.
