Brompton Heights has been a good choice for assisted living for our loved one. They encourage active social lives and have activities, even during the middle of the night, for those who have problems sleeping at night. They encourage independence and self sufficiency while politely and in a friendly manor offering some assistance if needed. The common areas and rooms are very clean and smell nice. This is the best place to have your loved one taken care of. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They treat my Mom as one of their family. Always smiling and friendly. My Mom raves about the food. Plus they get ice cream ever day @2pm. The Facility is also great! Nice rooms. Plenty of activities on the schedule. I can sleep at night knowing that my Mom is safe and taken good care of! Thank you Brompton Heights.

My Mom lived at Brompton Heights for less than a year. My Dad was in memory care there for only a few months. Management is clueless and does nothing but cover up substandard care. Very disappointing and dangerous for vulnerable residents. Families beware
