We have had multiple major deficiencies with our home from Bromont. At first the customer service was good regarding some of the issues. As the issues have become more severe, we have began to receive pushback when expressing our concerns. They try to find any other explanation for the problem that could be put back on the home owner instead of the poor quality of work. I am very disappointed in the quality of the house and their customer service. The house had a lot of deficiencies and their customer service is extremely rude. We have a lot of critical items that were identified on the 30 days form that are still outstanding after a year. I have purchased homes from other builders before and this is the worst experience I had.
BEWARE - This construction group is very unethical in their dealings. They don't pay their vendors and suppliers resulting in construction delays. Don't buy from them and find other housing options. They might go bankrupt soon as they fail to pay even small bills. The owner and his son are very cheap people.
