I am very disappointed in the quality of the house and their customer service. The house had a lot of deficiencies and their customer service is extremely rude. We have a lot of critical items that were identified on the 30 days form that are still outstanding after a year. I have purchased homes from other builders before and this is the worst experience I had.
BEWARE - This construction group is very unethical in their dealings. They don't pay their vendors and suppliers resulting in construction delays. Don't buy from them and find other housing options. They might go bankrupt soon as they fail to pay even small bills. The owner and his son are very cheap people.
I recently purchased a home from Bromont Homes, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing to deal with. My experience with Bromont Homes was good! They had good selection of upgrades and delivered a nice home. Communication was great throughout. house designs are more modern than most builders in GTA
