Brandee takes the time to listen to you & discusses your concerns thoroughly. While I will miss Dr. Hightower, after multiple visits with Brandee I have confidence that she & the practice will continue to look after me just as thoroughly.
Very pleased with Dr. Bromley. Not so much with administrative functions. Upon arriving for appointment was told that they had no record of my medications which I had provided in detail at early checkin as requested. Also sent pics of front and back of insurance cards. I then watched receptionist scan my insurance cards. The next day was called and told that they didn’t have my secondary insurance info. Which was necessary to get pre approvals and I would have to come in to have it scanned. Very inconvienient as I live a dis... read more
Dr Bromley is an amazing person and physician ! With all of the medical issues that I have dealt with over the last 2 decades, I have never had a doctor spend over two hours working through my case with me.
