Went to Dr. Bromley for DOT physical, received letter from NJ DOT my license was going to be downgraded because he never digitally submitted the paperwork to federal DMV as required. Called and told them, never received call back. Called week later and they said they just mailed a refund check out because somehow he is not licensed properly to do Dot physicals anymore. Dr. Bromley is a caring and kind Doctor .He listens to me and treats me for the health issues I’m experiencing correctly.
When you pick a family doctor you should always feel safe, supported and that you are in the care of someone who is knowledgeable. Dr. Bromley is knowledgeable but his bedside manner is inappropriate and crass. I have only been a patient for a couple years and on one occasion the nurse was taking vitals and she turned her head and had a frazzled look on her face so I turned to see and Dr. Bromley was holding up a note I couldn't see what it said but it appeared to upset her.
