BFC is the go to gym around the area, simply for its staff and the atmosphere they create. They always have a smile on their face when you walk in and they are very helpful. I personally have had great experiences with the workers Joe and George. The environment of the gym genuinely feels like a family because of how friendly everyone is in there, but they also manage to keep it professional at the same time. So if you are thinking about going then don’t hesitate any longer!

Thanks to Joe’s guidance, I am consistently losing weight and toning my body faster than I ever thought possible. Joe keeps me motivated, challenges me appropriately, and makes every session enjoyable. Great gym. Friendly, well equipped and open all hours. The staff are exceptional: well done George, Joe and Ellie! I have improved my fitness levels and made some terrific new friends. Five stars!!
I have attended this gym over a number of years, even put up with all the price increases, in all the years that I have attended I have never broken any rules or any form of misconduct, on 24/07/2025 a letter was written to me stating that I have had my membership suspended pending an investigation of serious misconduct, the letter never stated what this allegation was, and to add insult to injury I was not asked any questions.
