Top quality equipment at very competitive prices, all staff are very friendly and willing to help any way they can. Good variety of classes available and welcome tours given to anyone who is keen to find a new local gym. Worth every penny!
As a non gym goer I decided to try the 21 day challenge to improve my fitness/strength and I havnt looked back! Love the small group sessions with regularly changing programmes which have given me a wide knowledge of all the gym equipment/ how to lift weights/ strength train, with the support and encouragement of the friendly, knowledgeable, and professional PTs Alongside my weekly PT sessions I now also have the confidence to use the gym independently in a lovely and non judgemental environment 5 stars
The friendliest gym I've every been to. The staff are all lovely, the equipment is excellent and the price is good. I've been a member for 6 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
This gym is overall great with excellent staff who are very welcoming and funny ;the equipment is high quality and its a place where you can train uninteruped and in peace ,would definitely recommend to people looking to join a gym for the first time or experienced lifters looking for a new place to train.
Honestly one of the best gyms ive used, I’ve been coming here for about a year now and have tried a couple other gyms in the local area and they just don’t compare
