Very friendly, very professional!
I call Bromley before I took my car to them to be fixed and asked what was the turn around time to be repaired. They told me two weeks out. So I took my car to them thinking they would be the shortest option swing as though everyone else was 2-4 months out. I was WRONG. After 2 weeks I heard nothing from Bromley. I called several times checking on the status of my car. The receptionist kept lying about the status of my car. Finally I asked to speak to the manager, he told me that he had been backed up and didn’t even stay on... read more
