Updated review. Bromleys sent my estimate to an incorrect email. An honest mistake which they quickly rectified. 😊
Went in for a quote on some rust work in June and they gave me an appointment for September 30th to get a quote. I waited the 3 months and showed up. They were very friendly but I could tell they had no idea why I was there. It’s October 29th and I still haven’t got my quote. I just wish they had said they didn’t want to do it rather than string me along for almost 5 months. I’m sure they do good work but I’ll never know.
