Went in for a quote on some rust work in June and they gave me an appointment for September 30th to get a quote. I waited the 3 months and showed up. They were very friendly but I could tell they had no idea why I was there. It’s October 29th and I still haven’t got my quote. I just wish they had said they didn’t want to do it rather than string me along for almost 5 months. I’m sure they do good work but I’ll never know.
Friendly and helpful customer service staff, professional and high quality technicians, and probably the best lake views of any auto shop in the area. This place is amazing! If you have a restoration project or cosmetic work that needs to be done, Bromley's is the place to take it for sure. Rob's a pro and his team is top notch! I'll be bringing my vehicles here for years to come :)
