Curious to understand how this companies structure works for our elderly? They seemingly structure to take fees greater than 50% from our elderly entitlements, I would love to be proved wrong as this is a national disgrace if that is the case!

My Mother has been with Bromilow for about three years. We have had a wonderful experience with all the carers and administration (Caroline Whiting) who has been always very responsive and proactive in our requests. The carers who have attended have all been delightful, helpful and caring so much so that a number are still in touch with mum who has since moved to aged care. An experience that has made Mum’s ability to stay at home as long as possible positive and has helped make that time a joy for her.

I know Bromilow have had some teething issues after being bought out and communication is not its strong suit, but I have finally got a co-ordinator who seems to genuinely care and listens to my query or complaint with the view to solving the problem. Rostering still has a bit of a communication problem but they are improving as we speak. I think that some clients need to chase up the problem rather than sit back and wait for someone to call back. Worked with this company for over a year, no communication what’s so ever whether it’s to the clients or the staff members attending services to those clients. Missing a big chunk out of my last pay with this company. This company triggered my mental health issues, it only kept getting worse towards the end.
