One of the agents was possibly the rudest person I've ever had the privilege to talk to
Called about an insurance quote and the lady literally told me to just go through progressive and had a rude tone. Not impressed what so ever. I didn’t even want to say bye, I just had to hang up.
I was with Laurie for almost a year but getting any paperwork or insurance cards for new vehicles or replacements took months if I got at all. Then when I got no where I contacted her manager in wallingford. Then Laurie left me a nasty email. Now I never missed a payment and was up to date. I then left for another company after. And then the insurance company I was with Quincy mutual claimed I had a balance. Don’t do business with either%. Your time will be wasted and money stolen.
