ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!!! They never return calls, provide zero help, and seem to take pleasure in making everything as difficult as possible. Every time I reached out, I was either ignored or given the runaround with no real answers. It honestly feels like they go out of their way to avoid doing their job. I just discovered that my policy was cancelled because no one reached out to update my credit card information. No proper notice, no follow-up. I have called multiple times and no one answers. Completely unacceptable service. They still hold my home policy, which I will be cancelling. If this is how they handle clients’ policies and payments, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. Reaching them is extremely difficult, and when they do eventually return calls, the information provided is often incorrect. Based on my experience, their level of service raises serious concerns about their operations. They take your money but offer zero service. Owner Vladimir blamed a “no-fault” accident for a huge premium increase—completely wrong. Impossible to reach anyone, no support, just misinformation. I paid high insurance for a year because of them.
Extremely disappointing experience. This insurance company is nearly impossible to reach. Calls go unanswered, there is absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care. When you are paying for a service and protection, the last thing you should have to do is chase them for basic communication. The lack of responsiveness shows complete disregard for clients and their needs. This insurance brokerage fails to deliver even the most basic level of service.
