No help when I need assistance really bad experience and costumer service. When I need a certificate of the insurance I have to tell them how to do it. Stay away with this company. I lost money .

I am unfortunately having a VERY BAD experience with this company right now. I have been trying to cancel my policy for a week and have already tried to get in touch 4 times ! No one has answered or replied, only the receptionist. I keep thinking about what it would be like if I had a claim or an accident situation. Based on this experience, it would be a nightmare. Now I see a bunch of bad reviews here with the same issues. Pick a different broker company. They do not care about you, only about the money.

Communication is extremely poor. Phone calls go unanswered, and it takes weeks before anyone reaches out to provide help. Very frustrating.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Been trying to get my insurance dealt with for over a week. Not a single person as replied and the one reply I did get was "I don't know who you expect to reply." If I could attach a screen shot of the unprofessional approach the broker Sylvia gave me along with ignoring every single one of my emails. Pick a different broker company. They don't care about you. Just the money.
