Absolutely horrible customer service. Been trying to get my insurance dealt with for over a week. Not a single person as replied and the one reply I did get was "I don't know who you expect to reply." If I could attach a screen shot of the unprofessional approach the broker Sylvia gave me along with ignoring every single one of my emails. Pick a different broker company. They don't care about you. Just the money.
Abhorrent customer service, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Specifically Jelena Pucilowski do NOT work with her, WORST INSURANCE BROKER IN MISSISSAUGA.
I came to them, no one opens the door, it's scratched, apparently many people are unhappy. I'll probably pass by
