Not worth going there. They hardly understand English mostly Chinese working there. Not able to help us. Went there at least 3 times, same language problem

I just called today spoke to Melinda and I would like to say her customer service. I appreciate her help she was polite and answered all of my questions.
I had the greatest customer service I have ever experienced at the branch in Simmons Valley Road. Jeff Lumsdon the manager of the branch was so helpful. He actually went above and beyond any customer service representative at Brokerlink. I’m in the customer service industry and I appreciate great customer service. Hands-down this was the best service in any customer service industry that I’ve experienced.
