Jake took over my file in early Spring from Laurie. I have been with her for 4+ years. There was a lag between them. My policy renewed automatically at 110% increase. Jake finally received a reasonable quote, sent me the contract while I was on vacation. Electronic signature on a IPhone. Returned from vacation and noticed I’m still paying the renewed fees.
