On hold waiting to talk to someone for 30 minutes, Juliana took some information, put me on hold then hung up on me. Called back and couldn't reconnect through the directory because they give you first names and you need their last name to search the directory. Finally after being on hold for another half hour, got someone else who put me on hold. Lost connection, but at least Sarah called me back. Was with Whitecourt Insurance for many years, service was always good. Not anymore I guess.....
Unresponsive. Cant even complete a call back to quote new pricing. Been with them for 10 plus years but now that I want to move my business to Drayden, brokerlink is unresponsive and wont let me cancel. UPDATE: I was never contacted and was forced to perform a stop payment thru my bank. Extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional practices.
Daryl is always helping me with commercial insurance for my truck he's always been very helpful and friendly Just now Madison was helping me with insurance for my motorcycle also very helpful and friendly
sucks no one there picks up the phone anymore
Been with broker link since 2006 and it's so easy to get a affordable rate for my vehicle insurance, they even helped me out when my driving record had alot of fines and was 1 speeding ticket away from a license suspension, dealing with broker link is alot better than running around to different companies trying to get a better rate
