☆☆☆☆ My experience with both BrokerLink and PAFCO was extremely disappointing. I regret choosing them for my insurance and wish I had read more customer reviews beforehand. I found the customer service to be unprofessional, communication was poor, and getting help with my concerns was frustrating.
