My dad had a horrible experience with them. As the other review stated - they are lying about the prices. I'd you get a quote elsewhere they will use that (if you tell them what it is) to take more money from you. They also submitted a policy to the insurance company without telling us! They said they needed some more documentation (to prove who we were before they could submit the policy to the insurance company) but they did it before we submitted the documents.
