Dangerously Incompetent. David Moser from BrokenLog installed a flush-mount exterior light on my front porch and yesterday noticed it was hanging only by the electrical cord. He had not installed any mounting bracket for this very heavy light and at best the light would have crashed down and been destroyed and at worst, someone could have been seriously injured.
