Kelcey was the perfect counselor for me! Very relatable and easy to talk to! The environment was relaxed, peaceful and inspired growth. I Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking treatment for drug/alcohol abuse!
I graduated from the Broken Wings program on 4/1/24. I have nothing but good things to say about Broken Wings. The staff is amazing! They genuinely care about the clients. I learned and gained the knowledge to stay on my path to sobriety. As of January 6, 2025, I have returned to Broken Wings as part of the staff. I am so thankful for Broken Wings for giving me the opportunity to share the hope that I found!
Absolutely horrible I was there goin on 5 days but I Just left ama cause they apparently thought I was faking and refused to treat me with suboxone or sublocade because the NP “didn’t think I was a potentially a good client for either” and the weekend staff is horrible! I came in on a Friday and didn’t get my courtesy call or my phone call on Father’s Day! Some people may actually have good experiences but I was definitely not one of them
I just love Broken Wings. I just saw some bed reviews on here and I can absolutely say that the staff did not leave people by themselves. Every time I was there to do a lecture and new intake was happening there was at least three employees with the intake and two medical professionals who all were treating the intake with a friendly professional manner.
