Great experience with a quick repair. I had a strange issue during a longer ride and was lucky to ride up to a service tent they had set up. They were fast, knowledgeable and had me back on the road before I knew it. Thank you!
Great experience working with T.K. At Broken Spoke- Ledgeview location to get my daughter a beautiful Reid 24 inch purple tract JR. She was so nervous to try a bigger bike and he really put her at ease by making adjustments to the bike to make her safe and comfortable. He even set me up with a bike to test ride along side of her. Having the shop right along the bike path gave us a great opportunity to go for a nice ride and really get a feel for the bike vs doing a few circles in a parking lot. Just wanted to say thanks to TK and the Broken Spoke team. I've been using this shop since I moved to the area, and, since Day 1, I feel like I really matter as a customer and have a "relationship" with the shop.
I had a flat tire on my bike and brought it in to Broken Spoke Ledgeview. I was greeted by TK and pleased that he could repair it right away for me! Thank you
Highly recommend! T.K. went above and beyond. I got a trainer for my bike as a gift. I saw T.K. because I wanted a whole new wheel so I could swap them out. I picked up the new tire and could not get it on my bike. T.K. was able to do it no problem even straightened out my derailer.
