I was just a walking and a complete noob, but the customer service I experienced from Dylan was excellent. I'm sure i had a lot of annoying questions but not only did he answer them all, and give me advice from his personal experience he even encouraged me to take a test drive a few different types of bikes to find exactly what I was looking for I can't recommend in this place enough.
Ozzy was wonderful to work with! He took a lot of care in helping me select the bike that would be best for me based on how I was looking to use it. Then took even more care to ensure it was adjust correctly for me specifically. I greatly appreciated his time, knowledge, and patience through the whole process. We will definitely be going back when my son needs a new bike and highly recommend everyone to go here.
Had a good idea of what the Mrs and I wanted, Ozzy and Dillan over delivered. Helped us get sized up and road ready. Couldn’t be happier
Excellent service! Twice I've called them with a tubeless setup "emergency" and both times they got it done right away!
Not the friendliest dudes I have ever encountered. High Strung. The little guy has way too much unchannelled energy to be doing customer service. He should definitely be out riding a bike and not helping people.
