Bun Bo hue is my absolute favorite and I’ve tried so many places in my lifetime and it is my favorite dish from my culture and I will say their bun Bo hue is one of the BEST I have ever tried…. The broth is very flavorful and spicy and complex and has a slight sweetness to it. The beef is cooked and sliced to perfection. Pork is very dry and underseasoned for vietnamese food. No chili in the sauce at all, which i understand in boston but this is chinatown, i would think there’s at least option. The beef was raw 😅. Broken rice is usually very fluffy & nice but the broken rice here is like it’s just a tad undercooked cause it’s chewy. The fried pork fat is on top is good & crunchy though. The egg cake thing is also very underseasoned. I don’t think i would come again even just to satisfy a craving, unfortunately.
Really delicious grilled chicken broken rice platter. I was there before the BALLET. I loved it. I am sad how much plastic is served though. Its seems so unnecessary at this point.
Everything plastic: dishes, cutlery. Food lukewarm. Side soup cold. The meat was like shoe sole. Worst Asian I've ever been. I guess any neighborhood restaurant is better . Stuff is friendly but yeah food is more important.
Very good Vietnamese noodle other than the well known pho. You can order from the machine too. Expect to clean up by yourself but the place is great for off-peak hour. The service was fast and good for take away too.
