10/10. James was super nice both over the phone and in person. In the process of fixing the cracked back of my phone, he made a little mistake in terms of ordering the part for my phone and he apologized and made it right by meeting up with me and fixing it, so I didn’t have to drive all the way to him again. Every other place I called either sent me to voicemail or said they couldn’t fix my phone but with James I was able to schedule an appointment on the way to work via phone call. Goat. Called James on Aug 10th around 930am because I broke the back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It’s now 10pm on Aug 11th and my phone is completely fixed, plus he cleaned it. He picked up and dropped off my phone at my house. Idk if all his part orders will come in overnight but this guy is great. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.
Came and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Did a good job but failed to mention the replacement would be LCD instead of OLED. The new screen was also smaller as the edges were wider, and was raised compared to factory making my case not fit anymore. Good solution if you're in a pinch, might make more sense to take it to Apple if you can though.
Great experience, I called Guy. He answered. I told him about the broken back of my iPhone, he said he had to overnight the part which was yesterday called me this morning. Said the part came in and ready to go. We meet up with him he takes the phone says it’ll be about 30 minutes, about 10 minutes later he comes back out and says you’re ready to go. Very good job, very professional, great price. Highly recommend anyone with phone problems to contact this guy.
