Came and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Did a good job but failed to mention the replacement would be LCD instead of OLED. The new screen was also smaller as the edges were wider, and was raised compared to factory making my case not fit anymore. Good solution if you're in a pinch, might make more sense to take it to Apple if you can though.

Great experience, I called Guy. He answered. I told him about the broken back of my iPhone, he said he had to overnight the part which was yesterday called me this morning. Said the part came in and ready to go. We meet up with him he takes the phone says it’ll be about 30 minutes, about 10 minutes later he comes back out and says you’re ready to go. Very good job, very professional, great price. Highly recommend anyone with phone problems to contact this guy.

I contacted Broken Phone Solution this morning after breaking my phone last night at work and the problem I had was resolved with in 5 minutes THANK YOU so much for you’re EXCELLENT CUSTOMER Service.

I reached out to have him repair my 14 pro back screen which he did but poorly. When he returned my phone it no longer fit in the case fully. I made him aware of this immediately and even suggested it could be because something hadn’t finished setting properly. The next morning my phone kept restarting after about 5 minutes of use.
