Husband and I made an Impulsive Decision to get a new tattoo while on vacation and super happy with our decision to visit Broken Lantern. Very welcoming place and super friendly artists, will definitely be back next vaca!!! Shop minimum was $100 and they took us as Walk-ins!!
The artist was very rude to me and condescending, I’m very disappointed

This place has an incredible energy—you feel genuinely welcomed the moment you walk in. There’s a calm, comfortable atmosphere that shows they truly care, not just about business, but about people. Everything is clearly explained, from policies to care instructions, and it's refreshing to experience real customer service again. Cameron is fantastic, and Hailey did an outstanding job! Thank you both—I’ll definitely be coming back for more.
I recently worked at Broken Lantern as a guest tattoo artist for a few weeks and hands down, they are one of the best shops Ive ever worked in. Ive toured several shops in the US so far this year, and have also been tattooed in many others over the years... and these folks truly are incredible.
