My husband and I recently stayed for 2 nights in the delightfully cosy Presbytery during our visit to Broken Hill. We are so glad we chose to stay here! The King size bed was extremely comfortable. The furnishings well appointed and luxurious. It had everything needed as well as lovely bonuses such as an espresso machine. We spent two days in Broken Hill. My wife and I stayed at the Cottage Stay - as there was no room at the Church Stay - for two nights. We live in Austria and we are sometimes surprised by the quality of accommodation in Australia - we travelled more than 3700 km in the outback and sometimes we came across very run down hotel rooms. Beautifully magnificent and clean and comfortable.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Presbytery and would definitely stay here again. It is delightful, and we loved the 'churchy' feel including the old hymn/noticeboard on the wall. We appreciated being able to spread out. The bed is super comfy, the kitchenette had everything we needed, and we appreciated being able to do some washing too.
