I had an appointment with Dr Fernando today and waited for almost 2 hours, but I was never called in to see the doctor. No one properly explained the delay or gave me any update. When I asked the receptionist why I had not been called and what the point of having an appointment time was, I found his response rude and unprofessional. Dr ferando is a very excllent dr.who listens to you.and understands what you say to her.she works out different things with you.lets you know what medication and intuslin injections to take.other tests .i fully recomend dr fernando.
