Absolutely atrocious. My Son who has been very unwell with flu symptoms for a week attended to be told he had 2 ear infections by Nurse and made another appointment same day with doctor to be told he hasn’t. Was sent home. Doctor didn’t check him over at all to even try establish why he is so sick. I called the centre to express concern and was told that medical coordinator would call me and to no surprise at all. No phone call. Since Mas took over, I feel very confident that all my questions will be answered correctly and help is at the end of each visit. I've felt much better since I've been following Mas's instructions. Life is far more bearable. He's such a nice young bloke too. BH is very luck to have him. I hope he stays.
Can’t thank the staff member and nurse who helped myself and husband today with our appointment. The nurse especially who went out of her way to make sure we had our immunisations today so we were not having to come back again was just amazing. Thankyou all so much for making our appointment run smoothly
