Our Emergency Dept used to be very good. I'd always come away feeling that myself or family had a good diagnosis & treatment but a few weeks ago I went there with a diverticulitis infection and was told by a student "doctor" to "eat more salt". I walked out in disgust!! Aren't students supposed to be overseen by a qualified doctor? Unless things change dramatically, I'd rather stay home and die. 😳 I suffered on until I got to see my GP 3 weeks later and finally got proper help.
The very best treatment and care that I have ever had in Broken Hill. Thank you all.
