Used BDI March 2022 to remove and replace subfloor insulation. Shane was first contact and scheduled the job almost immediately. A week later the job was complete and am very satisfied with the service. Footnote: the office staff (not Shane) are concerning as they DO NOT respond to emails. One would think when a customer reaches out with questions, the provider of services would respond.
