Had called them up to arrange a time to pick up car, the call center in Hobart was competent but took awhile to actually hear back from them. Man who collects car in Launceston is hard to understand over the phone due to poor English and horrible connection, he didn't pick up the car when arranged so had to call up Hobart again to arrange another time.
