I recently placed an order for a very hard to find handguard, it turned out someone had bought up the remaining items before I received mine. What alerted me to this the day after I placed my order was a notice of a 100% refund in my bank account. I checked my phone and there was a voicemail explaining what had happened. I order a lot of things and this is the first time I've received this kind of customer service - a no questions asked immediate refund followed up with a phone call - not an email.
