Very kind staff and eager to help.
I am in Broken Bow for vacation. Yesterday, a tooth started hurting really bad. Passed a sleepless night in severe pain. Called Broken Bow Dentistry when they opened at 8, and they made an appointment for me at 9! Had me in and out, and a prescription for antibiotics, steroids, and a painkiller. Dr Bartlett was very kind, straight to the point, and had me in and out. Thank you guys SO much, you truly are lifesavers!
My wife made an appointment to see the dentist after we had signed up for Delta Dental. Dentist office showed what we had to pay and what insurance would pay. We paid our part of $300. Delta dental was to pay $600. Apparently we had no insurance coverage for six months even though we were paying premiums to Delta dental. The dental office should have consulted with Delta dental before service was rendered. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist because of their dishonesty
Failure to replace new dentures that was causing and overbite and sore gums . Looking for another dentist.
Best Dentist I’ve been to. Highly recommend.
