I cannot comment on the food at Broken Barrel Bistro. When we went to order food, we ordered the portobello burger. They no longer carry this and it was the only vegetarian entree on the menu. Unfortunately, our party had already ordered 1 beer and 3 pops before we were told that the mushroom burger is no longer available. We paid for the drinks and left. You have paper menus. There are obviously fake reviews on here. It's a very good spot. Many details in fake reviews don't even match up with the staff, layout, or menu. There are a few restaurants opening in the area and some owners might be trying to ruin the competition. Give this place a chance

Exceptional customer service: Received my order and was disappointed, it was missing items, fries cold etc wrong sandwich. But....get a phone call from the restaurant saying they were so sorry the Uber driver picked up the wrong order. They asked if I lived near by I said no I'm at work. She had the general manager drive my order down to me. Like wow, not only did they apologize profusely but went out of their way to get me what I order. Thank you!
