Painfully at time. Yes you must be up waLking a lot to keep your body to stay strong.
Admittedly, it has been a while since I have received a massage, BUT...that being said, I have received none better than here at the Broken Back. I love deep tissue massage and you get it here. Music, peaceful, relaxing...mood enhancing. Love it.
