Customer service is always excellent at Dental Depot, from the receptionist to the Dentists. Everyone is always very nice and seems to really enjoy their job.
Amazing as always!! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff always goes above and beyond to make my visit comfortable.
It was a very positive experience, as dental offices go. The staff were very friendly and eager to make sure I understood all procedures.
Came in today with my two daughters and my 11yr old has a huge fear of dentist offices. They made her experience great and she can't wait to come back for her next cleaning.
My first visit to this office was wonderful, everyone was very professional, but more important, very nice and friendly. I don't usually like dental offices, Dental Depot doesn't seem like a Dental Office, it's more like a neighborhood gathering. I highly recommend Dental Depot.
My experience was fantastic. This was a emergency dental issue AND my first visit. My regular dentist office was closed on Fridays & I had a bad sore tooth. I called around 11am, and they got me in at 2pm the same day! All the staff were friendly & professional. I really enjoyed Dr. Stevens. He took his time with me. He reviewed my X-rays with me, explaining & treating my issues in a straight-forward & friendly manner.
I am 56 years old and this was absolutely THE BEST dental experience I have ever had! The entire staff is friendly and professional. Special kudos to Lindsey!! DH
I may be only 17 but I've been to quite a bit of dentist,and I gotta say this one is the best!! I'm very insecure about my smile but "Dental Depot" made me feel so comfortable , I wouldn't recommend any other place then this one.. Thank you "Dental Depot "!!!!!!!
I've gone through 2 pregnancies without proper dental care and unfortunetly my teeth took the fall. I began to have a lot of sensitivity that turned into sleepless nights. Dental Depot was able to get me in the next day after the pain became unmanageable and I was so thankful. I had a really bad infection and the dentist (Shima) took the time to explain exactly what was going on and all of my options. I later spoke with the finacial counselor and we chose my best option.
