Owner is very, very rude to customers, just like everyone else says. Had frequent mistakes happen here, meds got filled with double the prescribed dosage a few months back too. Just save yourself some heartache and find a place where they owner doesn't explode and scream at customers abusively over the phone, and where they refuse to admit mistakes or accept any responsibility.
I've been a loyal customer of Broken Arrow Family Drug for over 12 years, and I can’t say enough good things about this place! I have recently switched to BA Family Drug from Walgreens. I had a few hiccups getting things transitioned but none of it was the pharmacy’s fault. Between insurance and the doctor’s office it just caused some issues to arise. Today I spoke with Cheryl and she was able to get everything on track and as it should be. In a world full of big businesses it’s nice to know those small businesses that really care about their clients still exist. Huge shoutout to Cheryl for all of your help!
