Dr. Strand is an absolutely amazing endodontist and a wonderful human being. I went to him for my first ever root canal, and he could not have been more thoughtful, caring, and kind. He put me at total ease, and I felt no pain at all during the root canal procedure. He is truly exceptional at his craft.
Dr Woodard and DA Nalee were phenomenal. I am always nervous abt dental procedures. They both made me feel comfortable and secure during my root canal. Highly recommend this office. The front desk was polite and knowledgeable abt my dental insurance and did not over charge me. I work in patient billing and they have excellent transparency.
Completely unresponsive. My dentist referred me due to a painful abscess under a crown. I sent an email Friday morning. No response. Monday came. It was a holiday though so I called to make sure they were closed. It rang approx 15 times before going to a generic voicemail box. I left a vm. Tuesday came and went. No phone call. No email. If this is the priority given to dental emergencies, I can only imagine how they prioritize anything else. Are they even still in business? I can’t recommend Dr. Strand enough. He is phenomenal. From the moment you call his office, his staff is understanding and caring. I’ve had two root canals with him over the last 5 years, and both have been seamless procedures. No pain, no discomfort. Very grateful to have found Dr. Strand and his staff!
Dr. Strand and his team are amazing!! I went in a few years ago for a root canal, but had to reschedule due to being too anxious to get worked on that day. I put it off for years until my tooth got infected and became way too painful not to get it fixed. Dr. Strand discussed sedation options and gave me enough information to help me decide to finally get it fixed. Got the root canal this morning and it was painless and he and his staff were amazing!!
