My husband was recommended Carolina Complete Auto Care to get a used vehicle. He was told the shop was run by a Christian man, so he assumed that he wouldn't get taken advantage of. He talked to the guy there and the guy said he could get him into an SUV for $2000. My husband agreed and the guy said he just needed to make some repairs and replace some parts on the vehicle. Worst business ever. These people are stealing cars after a judgment against them and then trying to charge lot fees. Pass it along-- i am doing everything i can to send Tracy and Matt into bankruptcy. Not good business people at all. Please help spread the word!
Thank goodness for this place! Thank you Matthew and the guys for rescuing me at 730 pm on a Sunday. My vehicle had been smoking then refused to accelerate. They towed my broken down vehicle to their shop. I was braced for the worst. Called them Monday afternoon and it was finished. Just a transmission line (plus they did an oil change that I requested). This company is a rip off they took my sons car, that broke down in front of there shop. The owner told him he could do a free diagnostic on it and let him know what was wrong. when he went back up there to get the car they told him he had to pay $75.00 to get the car. When he called to talk to the owner this girl tells him he has to go thru her that's what he pays her for.
