Smug and unconcerned When preparing for a large avocado order, I contacted this nursery and was put in touch with the sales manager. He was smug and nonchalant about everything, and I decided to buy elsewhere. When I contacted the owner to inform him of this situation, he was also unconcerned and disinterested. He told me to take my business elsewhere even though he was going to lose about $20,000 dollars in avocado tree purchases!
